Yoga
A mixed-level yoga class, open to both beginners and more experienced students. In Kripalu Yoga, we use physical postures, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation to cultivate the many benefits yoga - including strength, flexibility, calm, and overall well-being. Yoga mats will be provided. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Monday 12-1 and 1-2. Friday 12-1 and 1-2. Where: Beacon Fitness Center - Aerobics Room
