Stress Management
Stress is a normal and predictable part of every
day life. However, there are times when we may be faced
with levels of stress which challenge our ability to function at
our best.
University Health Services can provide you with a
variety of services and programs to help you manage the stress
in your life. The Wellness Center can provide you with
information and resources, including consultation with a health
educator who can help you to develop an individual stress
management plan.
